Once an item is available to pre-order, you can place your order and checkout as normal. We have a set number of pre-orders available, and you will be able to place your order until it is sold out.
All pre-orders require payment in full when the order is placed.
All pre-orders will have an estimated shipping date in the description. Pre-order shipping times are an estimate only and may be subject to change. Please check Pre-order details on Shipping page. We will do our absolute best to get your item(s) to you as soon as
possible.
We are unable to offer any alterations to our garments.
Please e-mail our Customer Care team at hello@sartoree.com and we can check if your details are correct and resend you the confirmation e-mail.
If you have placed an order for multiple items you may receive multiple shipments for the same order. This will occur if the items purchased are held in different locations or if you have purchased multiple items with your pre-order. For each shipment you will receive a Shipping confirmation email with the corresponding tracking details.

We want to provide you with great experience when purchasing with us, and we are so sorry if you experience this. It can be very common for the garments especially coats, blazer and shirts to become slightly wrinkled during transit.
We do recommend letting the coat hang naturally or alternatively you can steam the coat/blazer with a garment/hand steamer and the wrinkles should smooth out very easily. Please follow care instructions on label.
If you find yourself between two sizes, we suggest considering the fit you prefer.
If you prefer a more relaxed fit, opt for the larger size. For a more tailored look, go for the smaller size. Please refer to our info section for size guide, alternatively you can email customer care at hello@sartoree.com

We are trying our best as an independent small business to help serve our customers as best we can. However, in order for us to be sustainable and with maintaining attainable luxury prices we currently do not offer free shipping for returns.
Return Flat Fee:
- International: $100 AUD DHL Express
- Australia: $20 Australia Post Service
All refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
Simply making a purchase and selecting one of the charity organisations and projects you would like to support through our partnership with i = Change.
The other way, is through donating your SARTORÉE garments back to us. Please ensure the condition is lightly worn or unworn, we will provide you with a store credit for your contribution.
