Returns Policy
1. Fill our the Return Request form. This will enable you to initiate your return request which will be reviewed by our Customer Care team. You will receive your return Authorisation via email within 1-2 business days of submitting your request.
2. Once you have received your Return Authorisation please make sure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund.
3. Our Customer Care team will provide additional instructions in the Return Authorisation email to help you complete your return.
SARTORÉE is committed to providing high quality pieces and we inspect thoroughly before shipping. We’re so sorry if you have received a faulty item by mistake or the incorrect item! Please e-mail us at hello@sartoree.com with your order number along with photos of the fault and our customer care team will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Our team will ensure proper inspection for each return and items which have been damaged because of normal wear and tear, by accident, or with misuse, will not be considered faulty.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Please reach out to customer care if you have questions.
For all orders placed for Christmas before the 25th of December come with an extended return window for Store Credit only. Please note we do not offer full refunds for items that exceed our standard return window.
Sale items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange online.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear your account, depending on your financial institution. Any items that have signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL
- Collected taxes and duties will not be refunded, you will need to contact your local customs office for refunds.
- Flat shipping return fee of $100 AUD will be deducted for your refunds
AUSTRALIA (DOMESTIC)
- Flat shipping return fee of $20 AUD will be deducted for your refunds
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of The SARTOREE Pty Ltd and may only be refunded as a store credit or returned to the customer.
